Super simple & easy way to cook Kimchi jjigae here
not too much to prepare but can not be failed!

INGREDIENTS
Pork 1 cup (130g)
Sour kimchi 3 cups (390g)
water 3 cups (540ml)
spicy peppers 2
green onion abt. 2/3
minced garlic 1 Spoon
pepper powder 1.5 Spoon
Soy sauce for soup 1 Spoon
salted shrimp 1 Spoon
Already cut kimchi with scissors
Usually fry kimch and pork together.
but in this time, we boil first with salted shrimp 1 spoon & pork
when it boils, reduce to medium-to- low heat.
at least 10 min, but we did over 20 min.
If you prefer jjigae with much more pork, does not matter how much you put in the pot.

When it boiled, oil will come out from pork.
This oil makes jjigae goooood!!
Do not skim off this!
Put kimchi which we cut before
Add minced garlic, pepper powder and Soy sauce for soup
And this is important!!!!
add some sugar.
the combination of sugar and sour kimchi is quite good.
There are some onions left, so prepared them together.
It depends!

add spicy peppers and green onion
for colour, add a little bit more pepper powder and boil more time to finish.
Do not need to put other seasoning.
